I am a certified Usui Reiki Master doing energy healings for over 4 years. I have also received my Master certification in Violet Flame Reiki to offer additional options for healing and wellness. I am also a Certified Life Coach, realizing shortly after the start of my Reiki practice that many sessions involved a bit of empowerment and support to the client. I became certified and love helping people overcome obstacles and become empowered and confident in their everyday life.

I'm a mother, an animal lover, a home cook, an indoor plant enthusiast, and a music fanatic. I have been empathic my entire life, but didn't know much about it or embrace it until I was in my early 30's. I am a student of many things and I have been in the depths of the struggle to figure out why you feel different, and trying to understand how to find power when you feel helpless. I never recommend anything I have not tried myself, and my expertise in Empathy, Energy and Empowerment comes from a lifetime of learning the very best way to be my unstoppable self.
